I asked what you'd change. Still waiting.
Here's what that video was. Color pencil on paper next to the start of a color gradient on fake skin. Two ways to work on the same problem, which is saturation. The paper is where you work out your crosshatching and your manual blending before any of it costs somebody skin.
If you want to see finished work, there's plenty on my page, and there are fully rendered color pencil prints for sale on my website. The originals are hanging up in my studio if you want to see them in person.
